Thoughts:

I would recommend warms ups to be around two themes, “Rondos” and “Teaching a One Touch Mentality” to the players; as well as developing better footwork; especially at the younger ages.

I see foot preparation as one of the main weaknesses in our players from top to bottom.

I have added several examples for you to work from here for warmups.

I believe these establish the basic techniques players need to develop physically and more important mentally and in combination.

The main theme is clear on each session, but I would also recommend the players are allowed / encouraged to play a no restriction and free play unlimited touches scrimmage at the end of each session for up to 20 minutes for them to express themselves.

You can build this scrimmage around your main theme of the day or just let them play, have fun, and love the game for what it is.

One further thought, if you feel it better to establish the system of play early then do that session first to bed in the theme. I've added them later but perhaps they need to be established going in.
